About the Author

I’m Dr. Supriya P.L, a Bangalore-based professor and storyteller. My debut novel, The Gandharva’s Muse, began on Wattpad as a soft romance and evolved into a mafia romance series embraced by readers worldwide, officially published in 2022. I blend myth, art, and emotion, exploring transformation, trauma, and redemption through characters like Vinay and Sonia. I challenge typical “bad boy–good girl” tropes—my heroines are resilient and self-reliant, while my heroes are shaped by empathy, family, and circumstance. My academic background guides my craft, teaching me to value feedback and refine my writing with discipline. I aim to create stories that resonate with heart and mind, weaving emotional authenticity with mythological undertones.
